Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Pearly Pace Limited is happy to offer a refund or exchange if you received damaged items on purchase. You must return your damaged items to us within 10 days after the purchase in order to be eligible for a replacement.
You will receive a replacement item, store credit or refund for the purchase if the item cannot be replaced.
Procedure for the Return or Exchange of Items
All Items to be returned or exchanged will require a Return Exchange (RE) Number before they can be returned. To get a Return Exchange number, please contact our customer service at email firstname.lastname@example.org for further support. All items returned must have all original packaging and documentation. Pearly Pace Limited reserves the right to reject replacement of goods that have been poorly packaged and that have missing parts or have signs of physical misuse. Returns or Exchange take approximately 7 working days to process from the date of receipt of returned Items (exceptions to this may occur from time to time).
If the items are Damaged On Arrival (DOA), that is product fails within 7 days of purchase, just call Pearly Pace Limited for DOA service number (all items will be changed in the reasonable time if stock is available). We will need a customer invoice for our records to give you a DOA number. If a return to Pearly Pace Limited is approved, inward freight will be paid by the customer, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during such shipment and transportation. Outward freight is prepaid by Pearly Pace Limited at its nominated carrier. Any fault in the item resulting from misuse, improper user installation, illegal modification, maintenance or packaging, external electrical fault, disasters, accidents, operation or storage of the product in unsuitable environments, use of incompatible software or software with virus nature are not covered by this warranty.
